Nick and his trainee were excellent. They were on time. They did not rush due to my barking dogs. They were willing to explain and speak about things to be done to help prevent costly repairs in the future. Another excellent experience with randazzo. Max and Nick went above and beyond any service I have ever received from anyone! They were professional and VERY thorough to get my heat back on 2 days before Christmas. They refused to leave until I had heat. After much research and frustration it turned out to be a birds nest jammed in the air flow and not the furnace at all! I was very impressed with Max and Nick. I would recommend them to everyone! Below is a picture of the huge birds nest.
