Upon arrival, found evaporator coil fins heavily clogged with accumulated dirt, debris, and grime, significantly restricting airflow. Removed access panel, which showed substantial deterioration with large tear exposing internal components. Thoroughly cleaned condenser coils to restore proper heat transfer efficiency, removed debris from base and surrounding area, and verified system operation. Unit returned to optimal working condition with improved airflow and cooling capacity.
