If there is a word describing a higher level than professional, I would use it to praise the technical marvel that is Randazzo's Installers. Yes I capitalized Installer because the gentlemen in my home today went above and beyond to do a wonderful job. From the sales team, finance department and all the way up to the phone operator, I would recommend this company and Install team to all my friends and family. Thank you so very much. My Central air conditioning installation is not completed yet, however after getting quotes from 5 different contractors, I chose Randazzo heating and cooling, as the price wss on par, but their solution for my home was far better than the others. I have to say that they have come back to my house for 3 days of a big installation project and I am very pleased at how professional they are and how esthetic they have tried to make my retrofit air conditioning unit appear. I have only good comments up-to-date. Update 6-24: Today was my final day of installation. I am impressed by the thoroughness of the installer wrapping up my Mitshibishi Hyper heat system. Tom followed through on all his promises to make the system the way I wanted it. I have 112 year old house and none if the installation was easy. I highly recommend Randazzo as an installer.

We have been Randazzo customers for over 6 years and their routine maintenance program is great! Today Mo came out and he was the most thorough technician we've ever had. We will request him in the future! Thank you Mo and thank you Randazzo.

I’m not a HVAC queen as a matter of fact, I have very little knowledge. Jeff informed me of everything that was going on. He was very nice and so was the other gentleman in my home. I love the parts and labor warranty along with the electrical and mechanical inspection. I feel confident in making my choice to choose Randazzo! So far so good!!😊 😊😊😊

Lincoln arrived timely and was very professional and thorough. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He performed my annual maintenance while giving me tips for future-problem prevention. He also explained thoroughly what he was doing and why. He's a great tech!
