Virtual Estimates

At Randazzo, we pride ourselves on the relationships that we build with our customers. It’s for this reason that we’ve established ourselves as Michigan’s largest, most awarded heating and cooling company. We also realize that our world is changing rapidly with the COVID-19 pandemic. We have made many changes in the way that we do business to help keep safety as priority number one.

We understand that homeowners everywhere are exercising extreme caution when it comes to mitigating the chance of exposure to this virus in their homes. In an attempt to minimize direct contact with our customers, we are now offering appointments for virtual estimates for new systems.

Virtual estimates will consist of scheduling a call between you and a Randazzo Comfort Advisor. Your comfort advisor will walk through the normal procedure of understanding your needs in comfort, energy savings, and indoor air quality improvements. We have the ability to utilize video-calling and text messaging to obtain pictures of your current system. At the end of your virtual estimate, your comfort advisor will provide you with a full set of recommendations.  Should you choose to move forward, we can even process financing and schedule installation during the call.

There may be certain scenerios where virtual estimates are not adequate enough to obtain accurate pricing and scope of work. Please be advised that your Comfort Advisor might require a site visit for an estimate to be complete. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation and we look forward to serving you.
