Job Locations and Reviews
Completed annual HVAC maintenance on residential furnace system located in basement utility area. Performed comprehensive inspection of furnace unit, ductwork, PVC venting system, and condensate pump assembly, documenting equipment condition through photographic records for service history.
Responded to callback for chimney liner installation and water heater anode rod replacement. Assessed severely pitched roof with paneling surface near chimney and determined boom lift will be required for safe access due to low traction conditions. Attempted anode rod replacement to address rotten egg odor complaint, but Michigan basement configuration with low ceiling clearance (approximately 2-3 feet above tank) prevented removal of rod without full tank extraction. Documented site conditions with photos showing chimney penetration and clearance constraints. Recommended complete water heater removal and outdoor servicing to replace anode rod, as vertical space is insufficient for in-place rod extraction.
Completed annual maintenance check on HVAC furnace system. Inspected and cleaned internal components including heat exchanger, control board, and electrical connections. Replaced filter and cooling pad as specified in work order ACM4/88-11.
Conducted site assessment for whole-home standby generator installation at existing customer's residence. Evaluated electrical service panel (approximately 20 circuits) and existing mechanical infrastructure including gas line access. Photos documented current panel configuration and utility connections to determine appropriate generator sizing and installation requirements.
