“Wonderful Experience”
Dear Pete Randazzo,

I am writing today to thank Randazzo Mechanical for a wonderful experience in replacing my furnace and water heater. During the initial sales visit, Tom took the time to educate me about my system and the options for replacement without trying to oversell me on things that were not necessary. As well, the fact that he took the time to stop by on the day of installation was a nice touch to complete the sale.

In regards to Jeff and Andrew, who installed the furnace and water heater, I could not have asked for two better people. They were on time, extremely courteous, very knowledgeable and most importantly were patient enough to delay finishing the job in order to accommodate an unforeseen problem with mold they found on the dry wall behind the furnace. Luckily, a worker from another company was there to seal the floor after the furnace was removed and was willing to put up new dry wall before the new furnace was installed. Jeff and Andrew did not hesitate to say they would work around him and both felt it was important to have the job done right, despite the fact that it delayed their work. They also recommended your services for our gas fireplace when I mentioned in passing that we hadn’t used our fireplace since moving in four years ago because it has never been inspected. In fact, Jeremy is now scheduled to come out next week for this inspection.

Overall, it has been a great experience to work with Randazzo Mechanical. You should be proud of your exceptional employees.

I just wanted to take the time to let Randazzo know that Dave Konen went above and beyond when he came out for a service call I placed. He was extremely helpful even when it was determined that Consumers Power mistakenly turned off my gas. He stayed while I placed the call to CP, found that my building meters were not linked to the right addresses, made sure I knew how to relight my water heater pilot, negotiated a lower service call free on my behalf, and showed CP what the problem was when they came out.

Secondly, I would like to thank you and your staff that was involved in the replacement of my furnace at my home. Often times we don’t take the time to tell someone that they’ve done a great job. From the time you visited my home, to scheduling the work from your sister Theresa to the installers that installed my furnace I can’t thank you enough for the professionalism and courtesy that was extended to me. Your company not only met my expectations but exceeded them. The installers worked very methodically and clean. Sean was very courteous and took the time to explain to me all the features of the new furnace and related equipment. My new furnace looks better installed then my original one that was installed when I built the house.
